One2Team offers pre-built and modular solutions to meet the different needs of companies (IT portfolio, R&D innovation…). Easy to use, One2Team solutions are designed to be used quickly by the largest number of people, whatever their role in the organization or the process digitized in One2Team. To make adoption even faster and to offer a high degree of autonomy to its customers, One2Team offers dedicated training courses for administrators. These training paths allow these super-users (PMO, project manager, IT manager…) to learn how to handle the platform in order to be able to configure more customized environments according to their internal customers’ use. These administrators are then in full capacity to train their users which guarantees the company a better adhesion in a context of change management.
And new this year, One2Team training team is proud to share a new version of its training courses:
Standardization for quality
Standardization at One2Team began in 2018 with our e-learning platform. Since 2021, administrator training courses coachings have been standardized too. Each of our customers can access 3 levels of administrator training that are available in e-learning on the dedicated e-learning platform.
The objective of this standardization is simple: to provide a high level of training quality, with simplicity. This e-learning allows administrators to complete the training steps when and where they want and to obtain a certification at the end of their course, which validates their skills in handling and configuring their enterprise solution, whatever it is (see our solutions).
In parallel to these e-learning modules, administrators can perform the practical exercises requested during their course and thus practice configuring, thanks to a training environment. This online training is completed by one or more coachings with a referring consultant and/or Laëtitia, our expert and training manager.
The objective? To enable new administrators to pass on their knowledge to other employees in order to encourage them to use the solution and to be able to administer it themselves simply to support uses. Three training offers adapted to your needs
One2Team offers 3 levels of training, offering different degrees of autonomy.
- Level 1: Day to day. With this level of training, the platform administrator can perform the usual tasks. For example: finding an action inadvertently deleted by a user, consulting the data history or the usage statistics…
- Level 2: Solution tuning. This level allows, in addition to the previous one, to make adjustments (creation and modification) of user interfaces without changing the existing data model. And thus to be able to pilot a technical assistance on One2Team. For example: adjusting slideboards, schedules, gridboards…
- Level 3: Solution architect. This level is intended for administrators who want more autonomy. It allows them to develop the data model and the configuration of the solution implemented in their company. For example: to tool a new use.
Digital and human support
In addition to the e-training platform offered to our customers and the training materials, an online forum is available : users can exchange best practices and ask all their questions to our training manager.
Physical or virtual coaching sessions take place at the end of each training stage to review the main concepts acquired during the course and, in particular, to validate the skills acquired through practical case studies. It is a great occasion to benefit from the advice of your referring consultant and/or our One2Team expert and training manager during this time for sharing of best practices.
